Treat your loved one to a special night while enjoying a taste of Belgium.<\/p>\n<p>We have personal selected the beer offerings and have worked with the Chef at the Grog to select the menu. The beer and food parings were selected to &#8220;knock your socks off&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.2beerguys.com\/images\/allagash_logo.jpg\" alt=\"\" align=\"right\" \/>We have also invited Allagash Brewing Company to participate. <em>&#8220;Allagash brews a unique variety of traditional and experimental Belgian-style beers made with a dedication to craftsmanship and quality.&#8221;<\/em>In our opinion, Allagash Brewing Company is the most comprehensive Belgian Ale brewer, west and east of Belgium.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Menu:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1st course:<\/strong> Steamed Mussels with Shallots, paired with Orval<br \/>\n<strong>2nd course:<\/strong>Warm Red Bliss Potatoes with Grilled Venison Sausage, paired with Allagash Dubbel<br \/>\n<strong>3rd course:<\/strong>Belgian Beef Stew with Shoestring Fries, paired with Rodenbach<br \/>\n<strong>4th course: <\/strong>Smoked Trout with Apple Horseradish Cream Sauce over Frisee, paired with Saison Dupont<br \/>\n<strong>5th course: <\/strong>Flourless Chocolate Torte, paired with Lindeman\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Framboise Lambic<\/p>\n<p>Three additional beers samples will be served following the meal: Allagash Black, Rochefort 10, and Delerium Nocturnum<\/p>\n<p><strong>Most Important details: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Date: <\/strong>Thursday, February 12th<br \/>\n<strong>Where: <\/strong>Grog, Newburyport, MA<br \/>\n<strong>Cost: <\/strong>Tickets are $45, and include tax and gratuity.<br \/>\n<strong>Time:<\/strong> 7:00 &#8211; 9:30<\/p>\n<p>Tickets are on sale now and may be purchased through New England Wine &amp; Spirits (978-462-2131) or the Grog Restaurant (978-465-8008).
