{"id":1236,"date":"2009-02-23T22:15:44","date_gmt":"2009-02-24T02:15:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.2beerguys.com\/blog\/?p=1236"},"modified":"2009-02-23T22:15:44","modified_gmt":"2009-02-24T02:15:44","slug":"the-nature-of-beer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/2beerguys.com\/blog\/2009\/02\/23\/the-nature-of-beer\/","title":{"rendered":"The Nature of Beer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Beer has the ability to impact us in ways we may take for granted.\u00c2\u00a0 Over the past few years as the wife of a beer guy and an avid traveler, I have experienced many moments that have been made better through our love of beer.\u00c2\u00a0 Sean and I often reflect on the mark beer has left on our lives.<\/p>\n<p>In the US, many of us have grown up thinking beer is a &#8220;cheaper&#8221; way partake in some tasty beverages.\u00c2\u00a0 When we are younger some guys &#8220;learn&#8221; to like beer even if they don&#8217;t like the taste of it.\u00c2\u00a0 It is a right of passage of sorts. Alot of women don&#8217;t even give beer a chance or drink &#8220;lite&#8221; versions of it.\u00c2\u00a0 We are hopeful that through continuing 2beerguy adventures and of course, more travel and beer drinking, beer skeptics will give it a second chance.\u00c2\u00a0 Maybe even a first chance.
