New to Heavy Seas – boldest, biggest beers ever!<\/strong><\/p>\n This Special Edition 22oz Series began as a pet project of the Clipper City Heavy Seas brewers who created very small batch experiments to amuse the palates of folks who worked at the brewery. They quickly agreed that some of results were just too good to keep to themselves and a new batch of beer was brought aboard. Watch for a new Heavy Seas 22oz Special Edition Series release monthly through the end of 2009. Definitely hide some of these in your treasure chest, when they\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re gone they are gone.<\/p>\n Big DIPA<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Double IPA Big DIPA \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Double IPA, is the first in the Heavy Seas Special Edition Series due to be released in mid June. Hopped 3 times in the brewing process, Big DIPA has an earthy hop aroma. In keeping with the Heavy Seas philosophy we’ve made a big beer with a surprising balance. The best part is that you\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll hardly notice it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s 10.6% ABV (est).
