They&#8217;ll fire up a giant grill on their patio starting at 5pm for a variety of Executive Chef David Drew&#8217;s Bass dishes and with local farm purveyors in full swing, it&#8217;s a great time of year for fresh, local food.   Beer you ask?  Why not!  They are pairing each dish with one of Will Meyer&#8217;s handcrafted brews.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Striped Bass Fest 09 Menu Announced&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Starters<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>New England Bouillabaisse<\/strong> &#8211; Massachusetts Striper ,Littlenecks, Maine Mussels, Shrimp Lobster Broth, Saffron Rouille&#8230; paired with a flute glass of Beire de Mel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Striped Bass Ceviche<\/strong> &#8211; Mango, Chili, Lime, Watercress, Black Pepper Cracker paired with a flute glass of OM.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mexican Spice Rubbed Striper Skewer<\/strong> Tomato Rice, Habenero Tarter Sauce&#8230; paired with a wine stem of Reckoning.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Striped Bass Escabeche<\/strong> Heirloom Tomatoes, Purslane, Arugula, Fried Egg Bread&#8230; paired with a pint glass of Pale Ale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Courses<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Grilled Garlic Marinated Striper<\/strong> &#8211; Corn on the Cob, Collard Greens, Mango Salsa and Crostini&#8230; paired with a pilsner of Hefewiezen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Olive Encrusted Striped Bass Filet<\/strong> Zucchini Hash Browns, Grilled Tomato Romesco&#8230; paired with a tulip glass of Belgian I.P.A.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bacon Wrapped Striped Bass<\/strong> &#8211; Grilled Romaine, Green Beans, Russian Dressing&#8230; paired with a pilsner glass of Skibsol.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Striper Red Curry<\/strong> &#8211; Coconut Rice, Lemongrass, Thai Chili, Eggplant, Sno Peas&#8230; paired with a flute glass of Tiger Bite.<\/p>\n<p>Phil &#8220;Brewdaddy&#8221; Bannatyne,\u00c2\u00a0 founder and owner, will don an apron and man the grill and cook up his famous Garlicky Bass Special.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s just a good ol&#8217; Summertime fun get together!
