Perfecting installation and bottling combined with an ever-increasing demand for product on draft slowed the release of the six packs to this point. Each of Marshall’s remaining Core Beers, Sundown Wheat, Atlas IPA, and Old Pavilion Pilsner, will be released in the new six pack format on a staggered time schedule. The staggered schedule is born from the company’s controlled growth strategy to be sure that production can always keep pace with demand. Atlas IPA is the next timed release around the end of December.

Brewmaster Eric Marshall describes McNellie’s Pub Ale as inspired by the house ales found in the pubs of Great Britain and Ireland. McNellie’s Pub Ale is traditional ale brewed in the style of Best Bitter. Various maltings of two-row barley are joined with American Glacier hops to give this beer its color, complexity, and a bit of a New World twist. The Old World character present in this ale is largely influenced by its yeast, which originates in the port city of Hull, East Yorkshire, England. McNellie’s Pub Ale pairs excellently with fish & chips, roast beef, steak, pork, grilled chicken, and barbeque. The ABV is 5.0%.

Marshall Brewing Company began offering beer commercially in May of 2008 ushering in a new era of Tulsa Brewing. Employing a production model, Marshall Brewing Company focuses on handcrafting full strength ales and lagers.

Other Related Articles:
Marshall McNellie’s Pub Ale wins the Thirsty Beagle Challenge

Enjoy!!!

Sean
2Beerguys.com

Drink Craft Beer, You’ve Earned It!!!

Marshall Brewing Company The “Ale” with Local Roots Marshall Brewing Company has released McNellie’s Pub Ale in 12 ounce six packs Tulsa, Oklahoma – December 2009 – The much-anticipated release of six packs from Marshall Brewing Company occurred quietly November 19, 2009.
