Cambridge Brewing Company – 10th Annual Bass and Beer Festival.<\/strong>

\nThat\u2019s the one where Brewdaddy (AKA CBC owner, Phil) wheels a giant grill out onto the patio and cooks up his legendary garlicky grilled bass special.<\/p>\n

The Bass Fest also falls in the middle of an exciting season for CBC Chef David Drew.\u00a0 There\u2019s a ton of great, local, fresh and delicious produce available and in season.\u00a0 And of course, it\u2019s bass season.<\/p>\n

So, every year we put together a little celebration of Atlantic Sea Bass.<\/p>\n

This year the menu features 8 bass dishes + 2 two \u2018non-bass\u2019 desserts. You can check the menu out here>>>

  1. Each dish is of course paired with a handcrafted brew thoughtfully chosen by Brewmaster Will Meyers (He\u2019s got some killer brews on that night \u2013 Arquebus, Tiger Bite, Three Rings, Etc)<\/li>\n
  2. Each dish is available a la carte.<\/li>\n
  3. Reservations are available for parties of 6 or more.<\/li>\n
  4. The 10th Annual CBC Bass Festival takes place at CBC on Saturday, July 31st 2019 from 5:00pm \u2013 11:00pm<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    ***This is NOT a ticketed event. There is NOT a set seating time.\u00a0 You can come in anytime between 5 and 11, kick back on the patio and enjoy some fresh striper and a nice cold one***
