The dinner will feature four courses of Chef Jose Garces\u2019 inspired Latin-Asian cuisine paired with Kehoe\u2019s acclaimed beers.  The cost will be <strong>$65 per person<\/strong>, excluding tax and gratuity, and reservations are required.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Yards produces some terrific local craft beers that pair beautifully with Chifa\u2019s Latin-Asian cuisine,\u201d<\/em> says Chef Garces.  <em>\u201cI\u2019m looking forward to showcasing some of the finest our kitchen has to offer alongside some of the best beers produced in Philadelphia.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.2beerguys.com\/images\/forblog\/yards_brewing_company.jpg\" alt=\"Yards Brewing Company\" align=\"right\" \/>The menu will include:  <strong>Opah Tiradito <\/strong>with Peruvian tartar sauce and tempura fall vegetables, paired with <strong>Philadelphia Pale Ale<\/strong>, a crisp, hoppy ale bursting with citrus flavors and aromas;  <strong>Poached Halibut<\/strong> with boniato, sweet potatoes and soy glazed Brussels sprouts, paired with <strong>Extra Special Ale<\/strong>, a robust and hearty amber ale with a malt body and aromatic hop finish;  <strong>Spruce Smoked Lamb Loin<\/strong> with forest mushrooms, Richter Farm berries and pine nut puree, paired with <strong>Poor Richard\u2019s Tavern Spruce Ale<\/strong>, based on Ben Franklin\u2019s original recipe, which called for spruce essence and molasses, as barley and hops were not readily available at the time;  and <strong>Five-Spiced Rhubarb \u201cCobbler\u201d<\/strong> with Tavern Porter ice cream, paired with <strong>General Washington\u2019s Tavern Porter<\/strong>, a molasses-based porter with a deep garnet hue.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About Yards Brewing Company<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Yards Brewing Company<\/strong> (901 North Delaware Avenue, 215-634-2600) is Philadelphia\u2019s premier brewery, recognized as a driving force behind the region\u2019s thriving craft brewing movement.
