\nCaf\u00e9 Racer 15 – Double IPA<\/strong>
\nThis limited release beer has been greatly received by SF Beer Week attendees and we want to share it with everyone. It was brewed to celebrate the spirit of counterculture street racer motorcyclists and the 15th year of innovative brewing at Bear Republic Brewing Company. Caf\u00e9 Racer 15\u2122 is a deep golden Double IPA with a rebellious blast of the resinous, grapefruity aroma of Citra hops, with a dry malty finish.<\/p>\n
\nBear Republic puts the pedal to the metal with Carburetor\u2122 Doppelbock. Exceptional Bohemian malt character tempered by noble hop bitterness and a very subtle hint of smoke from fine German Rauchmalt. This is a ruby red lager that will quicken your pulse, each sip propelling you faster down the autobahn of flavor.<\/p>\n
\nOur brewers are constantly experimenting with new and different malts and hops. The Endo series of beers represent our brewers attempt at fashioning a delicious beer using as many of these remnant ingredients as possible. This year we brewed a copper colored ale with copious amounts of English & Scottish pale, crystal, brown malt, and Golden Naked Oats. Fruity caramel and a distinct nuttiness are matched up with a serious dose of Centennial, Cascade, and Golding hops.<\/p>\n
