Saturday, May 7th, guests will enjoy a fabulous three-course dinner expertly paired with The Whistler Brewing Company\u2019s finest craft beers.<\/p>\n<p>Pivo, meaning beer in Czechoslovakian, is one of Vancouver\u2019s few truly dedicated craft beer establishments. The restaurant was designed with a mix of golden caramel tones and decorated with lighting fixtures and artwork reminiscent of pints and bottles with the vision of cultivating a casual beer culture for relaxed beer drinkers and connoisseurs alike.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.2beerguys.com\/images\/forblog\/whistler_may_beer_dinner.jpg\" alt=\"Whistler Brewing Company May 2011 Beer Dinner\" width=\"350\" height=\"453\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The menu has been created by Pivo Public House\u2019s head Chef Walter Sawan with the same passion he has put into growing his career. <em>\u201cI came up in the industry on my ability to create and evolve my ideas.
