The series has been wildly popular, luring back many a repeat attendee.  Last nights class was about half the size we usually have, given the warm weather and vacation season, but it provided a more intimate environment, and allowed for much more unique dialogue and certainly lent itself to the blind tasting format.  We&#8217;ll be back in the fall (read: September) to start up the next round of the CBES!  Thank you VERY much to all who attended, a special thanks to George for his help last night, and lastly to Sean, I couldn&#8217;t have done it without you.  See you in September!
