They will do very well if their beers taste anything like they look (Zhukov’s Imperial Stout).

\nHere’s a menu of their beers..<\/strong><\/p>\n

Jai Alai PA – <\/strong>A juicy hop bomb.
\nPuppy’s Breath Porter – <\/strong>A tasty chocolate and malt accented beer with earthy and coffee aromatics.
\nPatio Pils – <\/strong>A pre-prohibition recipe lager with a modern twist.
\nGuava Grove – <\/strong>A specialty Belgian-inspired offering brewed with guava.
\nZhukov’s Imperial Stout – <\/strong>A complex stout with layers of flavor.
\nThe Humidor Series – <\/strong>A rotating release of brews aged on cigar box cedar with various levels of toast on the wood.
\n110K+OT – <\/strong>A brash, braggadocios line of beers that are unapologetically over the top. Limited special release only. <\/strong><\/p>\n

They aren’t fully set up, yet.\u00c2\u00a0 But when they are… keep a spare eye on them.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I’m opening a small batch brewery in Tampa, FL and when I started I decided that I’d blog the entire process from start up on into production. We are currently about 3 months from opening and I think the blog is interesting both for people who are into craft beer and for people who have ever dreamed of opening a brewery. We have documented a lot of the major steps along the way which we think would be of interest to both craft beer fans and brewers.<\/p>\n
