Boulevard Brewing of Kansas City, Missouri\u00a0has been making waves and tantalizing taste buds since their beer recently landed in Massachusetts. The dinner will feature five courses and five pairings prepared by the BBC&#8217;s executive chef James Gibney of Essex England.<\/p>\n<p>Tickets are $50 per person and it&#8217;s all inclusive. Finished with a tender poached egg and chipotle spiced parmesan croutons.  Paired with:\u00a0<strong>Boulevard Sixth Glass Quadruple Ale<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Poached Pear and Fresh Fig Salad<\/strong><br \/>\nPoached pear and fresh fig over a Lolla Rossa and Frisee salad with fresh buffalo mozzarella and dressed in a balsamic double wide IPA vinaigrette with an Asiago cheese touile. Paired with:\u00a0<strong>Boulevard Double Wide IPA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Smoked Haddock Rarebit<\/strong><br \/>\nFresh filet of haddock smoked over Tank 7 Ale soaked hard wood. This dish is topped with an\u00a0ale infused sharp cheddar crust over blistered red cherry tomatoes and sliced red onion with a garlic IPA dressing.\u00a0 Paired with:\u00a0<strong>Boulevard Tank 7 Farmhouse Ale<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Short Rib Osso Bucco<\/strong><br \/>\nSlow braised beef short ribs in a Long Strange Tripel demi glaze over tender herb potato gnocchi, roasted red pearl onions and turned honey glazed carrots with a wild herb bouquet.\u00a0 Paired with:\u00a0<strong>Boulevard Long Strange Tripel<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Dark Truth Chocolate Raspberry Ganache Tart<\/strong><br \/>\nA chocolate tart topped with fresh raspberries and a Dark Stout vanilla cream and fresh mint.
