Paired with Honey Pilsner<\/p>\n<p><strong>Course 2:<\/strong> Watercress and fried goat cheese salad with toased almonds, pickled onions and beefsteak tomatoes with strawberry rubarb vinagrette. Paired with Sunrise Saison.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Course 3:<\/strong> Sasquatch Smoked Salmon and Manchengo cheese dumplinds over Asian coleslaw with sesame ginger eclipse soy sauce. Paired with Eclpise.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Course 4:<\/strong> Over braised veal osso bucco over housemade parsnip puree with an ESB Demi-Glace.
