Pepper).\u00a0<\/em> The event\u00a0will feature 23 hand crafted beers from CBC, an outdoor beer garden and grill, and live music by the Matt Berlin\u00a0Jug Band from 7 \u2013 10pm.\u00a0 There\u00a0is no cover\u00a0and tickets are not required.<\/p>\n<p>CBC Brewmaster Will Meyers will be putting\u00a0at least 23 hand crafted and inspired beers on tap for the event.\u00a0 Featured beers will include the <em>2009<\/em> <em>Tripel<\/em><em>Threat<\/em>, the first\u00a0Belgian-style beers\u00a0brewed in America; the <em>2010<\/em><em>Cerise<\/em> <em>Cass\u00e9e<\/em>, an American Sour Ale and the world\u2019s first Solera-style beer; and the <em>2011<\/em> <em>Weekapaug<\/em> <em>Gruit<\/em>, an unhopped herbal beer with yarrow and sweet\u00a0gale.<\/p>\n<p>The beer highlight of the evening will be\u00a0the release of <em>Ozymandias<\/em>,\u00a0a beer brewed especially for\u00a0the occasion.\u00a0 <em>Ozymandias<\/em> is an extremely rich and dark beer\u00a0fermented with six\u00a0different kinds of yeast and aged in red wine and bourbon barrels.\u00a0 This very big beer tastes of\u00a0raisiny malt\u00a0intermingled with sweet and sour currant and elderberry, with\u00a0hints of toast and smoke and a smooth port wine finish.<\/p>\n<p>Executive Chef David Drew will have two\u00a0separate menus\u00a0for the evening- one for diners inside and the other for those\u00a0enjoying the\u00a0patio.\u00a0 He\u2019ll have his\u00a0grill set outside\u00a0serving items like Beer Brined Grilled Chicken Pitas, Charred\u00a0Flank Steak\u00a0Sandwiches, and Marinated Vegetable Skewers.\u00a0\u00a0All grill items are $5.\u00a0 The inside\u00a0menu will feature classic CBC favorite like Nachos and burgers\u00a0with\u00a0specials like Fried Green Tomatoes with Jonah Crab Salad,\u00a0HefeWeizen Mussels,\u00a0and Pulled Pork Pizza with Bacon, Beer Onions and Pale Ale BBQ\u00a0Sauce.
