Please join me in welcoming Ella Aurora Bilapka-Cowpar. She was born on August 18th at 4:16 am, weighing in at 6 lbs 11 oz and 19 inches long.<\/p>\n

Mother and baby are doing very well. Ella was born with a full set of hair — with highlights.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 A full exam was perform and there are 10 fingers and 10 toes.\u00c2\u00a0 Ian is giddy at the moment, but we’ll see how things are going in a week after no sleep.<\/p>\n
