\n<\/strong><\/strong>We love this beer here at the brewery, and think you will have one of those \u201cI\u2019ve never-tasted-a-beer-like-that\u201d kind of moments when you try it!
\nWhat we really like about this beer is the smoothness that brewing with cream sugar brings to the palate. This smoothness balances out the copious quantities of roasted barley used in the brewing process to create a rich, complex, and delicious beer. If you have not been a stout drinker in the past, give this beer a try. It might just change your mind about how dark beers should taste. It tastes so rich, but is surprisingly easy to drink!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
\nI had the extreme pleasure of visiting Tallgrass in the middle of November. While the drive was long from Kansas City, it was like reaching a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow. Tallgrass produces all cans and this is one their best. Buffalo Sweat is the stout you want to have in the can. In it\u2019s own right, the stout is malty and sweet, and it\u2019s light enough to enjoy year round.<\/p>\n![\"\"](\"http:\/\/www.2beerguys.com\/images\/forblog\/advent12\/tallgrass-buffalo-sweat-wturkey.jpg\")

\nSeacoast Beverage Lab is a blog about beer written by Brian Aldrich from Portsmouth, NH. Seacoast Beverage Lab is also the name of a weekly podcast which discusses beer. The show is hosted by Brian and 4 other New England beer enthusiasts. \u00a0Beer news is discussed as well as many special guests from head brewers to fans beer.

\nThe decision to found Tallgrass Brewing Company was made by Jeff Gill and his wife Tricia on April 8, 2006. Tricia had asked Jeff THAT question: \u201cWhat do you want to do with the rest of your life?\u201d Jeff had been thinking about that exact question quite a bit. \u201cI want to start a microbrewery!\u201d Jeff answered. He had been an avid homebrewer for six years and loved to brew beer that people enjoyed. At that point, he and Tricia made a commitment to start a new microbrewery in Kansas.
