We&#8217;ll go over some of the history behind the bar as a trade\/craft, and highlight 4 special classic drinks.<\/p>\n<p>The fun part is YOU get to be the bartender. We&#8217;ll teach you how to make these 4 classic cocktails, talk about all the different fun tools you&#8217;ll find behind our bar, and then set you off and running to make your own. We&#8217;ll put out a little food spread to keep our students in the game, but plan on having a lot of fun and learning some great drinks along the way! $50 per person.<\/p>\n<p>Call and ask for Matt to get your spots before the class fills up! 978-281-3997. The dinner will walk through 5 unique courses, all paired with equally unique and interesting wines from around the world. This dinner is food driven, so our menu selections will dictate our wine pairings.<\/p>\n<p>The menu is coming together quite nicely, and is taking on a Vietnamese\/Asian\/French theme at this point.
