I have 3 words to get you in the mood: fresh beer, bratwurst, and oompah. Okay, so that&#8217;s four words, but I can break it all down to two: Harpoon Octoberfest. The biggest and grandest Harpoon celebration of the year is back for its 19th year here in Boston and 8th year in Windsor. Here are the dates:<\/p>\n<p><strong>19th Annual Harpoon Octoberfest in Boston: October 3 and 4<br \/>\n8th Annual Harpoon Vermont Octoberfest in Windsor: October 11 and 12 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p> In addition, the 6th Annual Harpoon Octoberfest Road Race in Windsor will be held on Sunday, October 12. This year, all proceeds will go to the Friends of Norris Cotton Cancer Center. This race is a great way to start your Octoberfest celebration and help out a most worthwhile cause. For this year&#8217;s race, we have added a few twists including the Best German Costume Contest, with Prizes will be awarded to the best Male, Female, and Team German Costumes&#8230;.
