To make it even more special, these are NOT your average, easily acquired pumpkin beers! Read on&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Elysian Brewing Co., Seattle, WA &#8211; PK-47, a pumpkin malt liquor &#8211; Our friend Dick Cantwell began the Granddaddy of all pumpkin festivals a few years ago, mostly just to spite me and the fact that I hate having to chop so many pumpkins each year. It&#8217;s working.<\/p>\n<p>Jolly Pumpkin, Lansing, MI &#8211; barrel fermented sour pumpkin ale &#8211; Ron&#8217;s first time ever making a pumpkin beer!<br \/>\nWoohoo! Jolly Pumpkin Pumkin!<\/p>\n<p>Portsmouth Brewing Co.(You know where it is)- the Great and Wise Tod Mott&#8217;s personal take on this glorious autumnal brew, and he&#8217;s sending us a wee dram to share.<\/p>\n<p>The Alchemist, Waterbury, VT &#8211; Our friend John Kimmich has risen to the challenge of the pumpkin, and it was surprisingly easy to convince him to take the plunge. He&#8217;s sending us a cask-conditioned Pumpkin Hefeweizen!<\/p>\n<p>Official information will be forthcoming.
