Thursday we had the chance to join over a dozen other bloggers for a San Diego brewery tour hosted by <a onclick=\"javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview('\/outgoing\/www.apluslimos.com');\"  href=\"http:\/\/www.apluslimos.com\">APlusLimos<\/a>. I chose a hefeweizen flight that used four different yeasts. \u00a0Stopping at White Labs helped to open my tastebuds further to the power of yeast and that teaching about beer is very beneficial in this manner. \u00a0It&#8217;s too bad we don&#8217;t have a place like White Labs in New England to help enlighten others about yeast.<a to\u00a0<a onclick=\"javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview('\/outgoing\/alesmith.com');\"  href=\"http:\/\/alesmith.com\">AleSmith<\/a>\u00a0where we were finally reunited with Dukester whose delayed flight kept him from starting the tour with us. \u00a0We sampled some of their beers regularly distributed to Massachusetts as well as their brewery only beers.
