Q: When is the Portsmouth Beer Week?
A: Monday, February 27th thru Monday, March 5th 2012, with some Pre-Week events being held on February 25th & 26th..
Q: What is the Portsmouth Beer Week
A: It’s a celebration of beers. There are a ton of different beers out there and YOU need to drink them.

Q: When is Kate the Great Day?
A: Monday, March 5th.
Q: What time does Kate the Great day start?
A: Doors open at 11:00 AM. Tapping occurs around 11:30 and Kate will be served until the taps run dry.

Q: If I can’t get a bottle, will I still have an opportunity to try Kate the Great Imperial Stout?
A: Yes. If you can’t make it for the official tapping, Kate the Great will be on draft until the kegs run out. In 2011, Kate the Great only lasted on draught until 5:00, so you may want to set your schedule accordingly.
Q: Will Portsmouth Brewery have other beers to try if I don’t like imperial Stouts?
A: Yes. The Portsmouth brewery will have a full range of beers on draft, including a selection from Portsmouth Brewery and Smuttynose. For more information, click here.

A: Yes. There are Four breweries located in Portsmouth, including the Portsmouth Brewery. The other three breweries are:
· Redhook Brewery
– Brewpub and Production
Facility. Open 7 days a week. Tours and tastings are available.
· Smuttynose Brewery
– Production
facility and tasting room. Tours and tastings are offered Friday and Saturday.
· Throwback Brewery
– Production
facility and tasting room. Tours and tastings are offered Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
