Review - City Brewery's RJ King Wingwalker Pale Ale
"Flight 3: Citrusy Hops and Full Bodied" -- RJ King Wingwalker
Pours a hazy, light amber color with a small, fizzy white head that leaves gentle lacing behind. Aroma is of hops with spruce notes, with a sap-like quality, balanced by a light malt presence with hints of sourdough. Initial taste is lightly sweet, kicking up to a moderately sweet finish with a long duration. Medium-bodied, it has a dry texture that has us smacking our lips, with relatively absent carbonation.
