Review - Victory Brewing Company's V12
"So simple in its creation, so magnificent in its maturity, this wonderful ale begins with Nature's most humble offerings, water, malted grains and hops. Our soulful yeast breathes life and depth into each brew. The steady hand of time orchestrates this alchemy into the splendid ale before you. Cheers!" -- Victory Brewing Company
Pours a medium amber color with an off-white, fizzy head over an active body. Clear with nice transluscence. Nose is full of coriander, full of light malt character. Skylar says it smells like cherries. Complex aroma, so much so that its hard to distinguish the individual characteristics. Initial taste is a quick hit of bitter, but immediately jumps to a fruity, dominating alcohol finish with notes of carnation flowers, likened to being smacked in the grill with a baseball bat of alcohol. Sandy likes it.
