Review - Two Brother's Brewing Company's Heavy Handed IPA
"Wet hops are added for the right amount of flavor. 62 IBUs." -- Two Brothers's Brewing Company
With a heavy hand, Sean pops the top on the bottle and pours, unveiling a medium to dark amber hue in the hazy body, topped off by an almost non-existent, fizzy white head. The nose reveals faint citrus notes and alcohol, but is dominated by sweet caramel malts. It is front loaded with bitterness with the hops taking charge, but as it moves on, it becomes predominantly sweet. Medium bodied, it has soft carbonation with an oily to creamy texture.
