Review - Rock Art Brewery's American Red Ale
"The unofficial name for this beer is "Super Glide". Malty rich with a hint of spicy hops and roasted grains. This beer is one smooth ride with a clean finish! Pours a nice rich burgundy color with a mostly clear hue, covered by a very decent off-white head that lasts for a while but finally dissipates. Aroma is very malty with salty, spicy notes with cookie hints. First taste is very smooth, loaded with malts that provide a fairly sweet taste that slides into a bitter finish that continues to be smooth. Light to medium bodied, it has a creamy texture with a slightly dry finish.
