Review - Victory Brewing Company's Prima Pils
"Heaps o' hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher." -- Victory Brewing Company
Pours a pale pale yellow color with a healthy, frothy white head with lots of bubbles. As the body has settled out, its very still and the head collapses on top of it with very thin lacing on the glass. Aroma is very light, not providing very much in the nose but it is very clean. Initial taste is slightly acidic, then the hops go on display providing a nice clean moderately bitter finish. Dry mouthfeel, it has a watery texture with soft, barely there carbonation. Finishes clean with a faint bitterness.
