Review - Green Flash Brewing Company's Hop Head Red

Pours a medium caramel color with a massive frothy light-brown tan head with excellent retention, leaving some solid thick lacing on the glass. Body is very clear and still. Aroma is hoppy with some fresh cut grass notes, some citrus hops. The Amarillo hops are great with a nice creamy scent. Initial taste is creamy with some light bitterness that carries through to the finish. Medium bodied, there is a tangy sourness that\'s very harsh on the palate with a bit of an oilyness. Soft carbonation tingle at the end. Does a job on the palate.
