Fight the Polar Vortex – Portsmouth Brewery’s Warm and Fuzzy beer social!
Head Brewer Matt Gallagher’s big beers and a sumptuous offering of Chef Jon Hebert’s favorite winter dishes will leave you with smiles and a sweater you can wear on the inside.
This evening of richness will take place January 14, from 6pm-8pm in the subterranean Jimmy LaPanza Lounge. Space is limited, so you’ll want to book your spots, either in person at 56 Market Street, or through the e-store links below. Imperial Pint Club members can save $5 on their reservations by entering “IPCSCL1” as a discount code when booking online. Members who book in person can simply show their Imperial Pint Club card for the discount.

– Opening: Roasted Chestnuts Pairing: Old Stub Foot
– 1st Course: Cheese Fondue Beer Pairing: Wheat Wine
– 2nd Course: Duck Duo Pan-seared Foie Gras on brioche with a blackberry reduction & Duck Rillettes with gaufrettes and finished with a blackberry reduction. Beer Pairing: Royal Impy Stout
– 3rd Course: Braised Pork Belly served over grits and topped with tomato jam and a poached egg. Beer Pairing: Scotch Ale
– Dessert: Butter-fried pound cake with praline ice cream and a caramel drizzle
