Cottonwood

Review - Carolina Beer Company's Cottonwood American Wheat

"This unfiltered golden beer has a refreshing, crisp taste, and a hint of coriander, sure to keep you cool in the long, lazy days of summer. What better way to celebrate the independence of our nation, than with a TRUE American styled Wheat beer!" -- Carolina Beer

Pours a light amber color with a fizzy, white head that quickly dissipates. Last pour is cloudy. Aroma is of heavy wheat. Initial taste is...not good. Not quite sure how to characterize it, but it does finish with a light sweet finish. Light on the mouth, it has a watery feel with soft carbonation.
