Review - Concord Brewery's Mill City Boarding House Pale Ale
Boarding House Ale is featured at the Brewery Exchange, the home of Concord Brewery. This highly drinkable golden ale can be paired well with many foods. It makes a great session beer.
This is our favorite of the Mill City offerings, as it reminds us of fresh Bass from draught. It pours a medium yellow color with a frothy, white head. Good lacing behind a mostly diminishing head. Aroma is of light flowery hops. Initial flavor is lightly sweet, switching to a moderately bitter finish. Light finish with an oily feel.
