Review - Green Valley Brewing Co.'s Stone Mill Pale Ale

"To craft a remarkable Pale Ale, you must begin with the finest ingredients. Stone Mill Pale Ale is made with 100% organic barley malt, certified by the USDA for a classic taste that is the perfect balance of maltiness and hop bouqet. For more info see www.drinkstonemill.com." -- Harpoon Brewery

Pours a light amber color with a fizzy, off-white head. Fair lacing with a fully diminishing head. Still body. Aroma is of light malts and alcohol, but both exist in very faint amounts. Initial taste is lighty sweet, which carries on through the finish. Light on the mouth, it is watery with soft carbonation.
