Review - Long Trail Brewing Company's Harvest
"An Auburn Ale that is "so darn smooth, even the locals are excited!" Available August through October." -- Long Trail Brewing Company
The Harvest pours a light amber color with a large, frothy white head. Fair lacing and a sparkling body. Aroma is of moderate strength malts with molasses notes. Initial taste is lightly acidic, kicking in with a light sweet finish with a short duration. Light body, watery texture, and soft carbonation make this a very drinkable beer.
Reviewer's notes: "A lot of malts. Slight maple - maybe"
