Pours a dark brown color with a choppy, frothy, light-brown head with excellent lacing. Aroma is of charcoal and light roasted malts. Initial taste is dominated by burnt malts with a bitter hit up front, shifting to a slightly sweet finish with a short duration. Light bodied, it has a watery texture with light carbonation.
