Review - New Belgium Brewing Company - Fat Tire
"Like the ageless delight of pedaling a bicycle, Fat Tire Amber Ale's appeal is in its feat of balance: Toasty malt flavors (sorta like biscuits just pulled from the oven coasting in equilibrium with crisp hoppiness." -- New Belgium Brewing Company
Pours a light amber color with a sticky, creamy off-white head. Excellent lacing. Aroma doesn't reveal many details. Initial taste is lightly sweet, which carries through to the finish with a smooth consistency. Light to medium bodied, it has a watery texture with lively carbonation.
