The fisherman's pumpkin Stout pours a medium brown color, settles a dark brown color, covered in a fizzy, light brown, small head that quickly diminishes. Thin lacing with very little clinging ability. The aroma is very enticing with a sweet chocolate scent, paired with gentle pumpkin notes. Initial taste is slightly sweet, moving to a moderately bitter finish. Chocolate dominates the taste, covering up most of all of the pumpkin. Medium bodied, the mouthfeel fantastic with a velvety coating. A slightly dry texture, and soft carbonation.
