Review - Sea Dog Brewing Company's Apricot Wheat Ale

The Apricot Wheat pours a medium yellow color with an off-white, fizzy head. Clear body, easily viewed due to the fully diminishing head with virtually no lacing. Aroma is of moderate perfume hops, which we found odd, and a very strong apricot scent. Initial taste is moderately sweet, which carries right through to the finish. Light on the palate, we're left oily with soft carbonation.
