Review - Southhampton Publick House's IPA
"Our version of American-style IPA. Brewed with 5 varieties of Pacific Northwest hops and balanced with just the right amount of malt flavor." -- Southampton Publick House
Pours a medium amber color, hazy body, with a fizzy, off-white head. Fair lacing. Aroma is of grassy hops with a slight sweet note. Initial taste is light bitter, moving to a moderately bitter finish. Aroma is better than the taste. Medium on the mouth, it has an oily texture with soft carbonation.
