Review - Stone Coast Brewing Company's Sunday River Lager

This lager pours a light yellow color with an average, white fizzy head. Fair lacing behind a fully-diminishing head. Sparkling body. Nose is very light, with just a hint of light dough yeast. Initial flavor is light sweet, finishing a moderate bitter, somewhat of a surprise for this style. Light on the mouth, it has a watery consistency with lively carbonation and a metallic finish.
