Cigar City Brewery

Joe from Cigar City Brewery is a reader of 2Beerguys.com. 

He has asked us to post the following information about their brewery. I just read bits and pieces and it sounds like us — for real. Please check out this blog entry: here.

They will do very well if their beers taste anything like they look (Zhukov’s Imperial Stout).

Here’s a menu of their beers..

Jai Alai PA – A juicy hop bomb.
Puppy’s Breath Porter – A tasty chocolate and malt accented beer with earthy and coffee aromatics.
Patio Pils – A pre-prohibition recipe lager with a modern twist.
Guava Grove – A specialty Belgian-inspired offering brewed with guava.
Zhukov’s Imperial Stout – A complex stout with layers of flavor.
The Humidor Series – A rotating release of brews aged on cigar box cedar with various levels of toast on the wood.
110K+OT – A brash, braggadocios line of beers that are unapologetically over the top. Limited special release only.

They aren’t fully set up, yet.  But when they are… keep a spare eye on them.

Drink Craft Beer, You’ve Earned It!!

Hello there,

I’m opening a small batch brewery in Tampa, FL and when I started I decided that I’d blog the entire process from start up on into production. We are currently about 3 months from opening and I think the blog is interesting both for people who are into craft beer and for people who have ever dreamed of opening a brewery.
