HotoberFest – Atlanta, GA

HotoberFest (haa-toe-ber-Fest) : a one day event promoting the Preservation of our precious Earth, Appreciation of Craft Beers and Celebration of Live Music.

This one day festival will be held on the grounds of Glenwood Park neighborhood, located at exit 59B off I-20E, between the Boulevard and Moreland Avenue exits, two miles from downtown Atlanta. The focus of the festival is to create a fun way to raise awareness of the importance of protecting our Mother Earth by living a more sustainable life, everyday. You can also take time to just relax & enjoy live music from great bands & live DJs throughout the day.

Additional information:
BEER

Unfortunately, (due to dependency on other countries for oil) we can’t all afford to pile into a plane and go to Germany for Octoberfest every year. Fortunately, we don’t have to anymore. By combining the attitude of Hotlanta and the fun of Octoberfest, we now have HotoberFest – Earth Beer Music.

The BEER component of HotoberFest is driven by quality. We have chosen breweries that exemplify quality choices in ingredients, brewing methods, use of organics and sustainable operations within the process or as a result of it. Many of our breweries support all of these options, utilizing organic ingredients, sustainable brewing practices and contributing support of other post-brewing process operations such as water purification, post-brewing composting of grains, CO2 recovery and more.

Enjoyment of Beer at the event includes 3 options:

Retail sales of Beer & Food

Purchase and enjoy selections of beer in the public areas of the festival, along with Food Vending options, Free Music and information booths hosted by our affiliates and sponsors. There is No Charge for entry to the public areas of the event. A $2 donation for retail beer purchases will be donated to one or more of our non-profit affiliates. No outside food or alcohol will be allowed into any part of the festival area.
