We are proud to announce our partnership with On the Water’s 2009 Striper Cup! Many of you may remember the Hi Neighbor tournaments of old, so it’s great to renew this tremendous New England tradition.

On The Water presents this 5-month tournament designed to bring the entire Northeast fishing community together to celebrate the most beloved sport fish in the region, the striped bass.With the Striper Cup, all striped bass fishermen are rewarded regardless of how or why they fish. Just for signing up, all entrants will receive a 2009 Striper Cup T-shirt, a commemorative pin, a free Sébile lure and an invita­tion to attend the StriperFest 2009!

Once registered, you can weigh in fish at one of 70+ regis­tered weigh stations to compete in boat, shore and youth angler divisions for fabulous weekly and monthly prizes from Narragansett Beer, Low­rance electronics, Quantum rod and reel combos, Sébile Lures, Black Dog merchandise, Van Staal reels and more! Five monthly shore division winners and five monthly boat division winners will also be entered for a 1-in-10 chance to win the all-new 2009 Toyota Truck!

But you don’t even need to weigh in a fish to be a winner – all you have to do is attend the greatest fishing party in the Northeast, the 2009 StriperFest, where all registered participants will be eligible to win the Striper Cup Edition fishing boat from NorthCoast!
