Our hotly debated (hotly debated?) beer dinner is taking shape as we generate menu ideas and finalize the selections. The ideas upon which we have heretofore settled are the following:
Course 1: Chair City Pale Ale served with antipasti of panchetta, prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, marinated salad
Course 2: Extra Special Bitter served with Stuffed Artichoke (This is an education for us all. The real deal, only here, at the Ale House)
Course 3: Winter Lager served with two large ravioli stuffed with spinach, fontina, gorgonzola & mushrooms
Course 4: Dave’s Double German Double Bock served with rack of Lamb with Risotto Milanese stuffed Tomato
Course 5: Summer’s End served with lemon Ricotta Cake
