Shane Welsh and the team at Six Point Brewery are pushing the limits. I recommend checking out the Dr Klankenstein video. Its quite strange to have two east coast breweries (Sebago Brewing as the other) taking a page from the history books.

It is with great pleasure we offer you the story of Dr. Klankenstein. In this video narrative, we share with you the genesis, journey, and successful completion of one of our most interesting beers – the veritable “Dr. Klankenstein.” In this collaboration with the Modern – the restaurant and bar attached to the Museum of Modern Art in NYC – we cooperatively resurrected the lost art of the ancient “Stein Beer” brewing process. Like any great adventure, there were setbacks and obstacles along the way….but that just made the journey more epic!
