About the collaboration:
Kelsey McNair brewed the champion beer at the Stone 2010 March Madness Homebrew Competition & AHA Rally. The judges were so impressed with his intensely hoppy session brew, that they selected his beer to be brewed at Stone as one of the collaboration beers.
In addition, as the winner, Kelsey was given the opportunity to select a 3rd collaborator. He selected Colby Chandler of Ballast Point Brewery, located in sunny San Diego. In true collaboration, it was decided to brew the collaboration beer at Ballast Point’s Linda Vista brewery
