Menu:

• 1st course- HIPA is paired with a Wedge of Iceberg Lettuce with poached pear, bacon, blue cheese, and a spiced pear vinaigrette.
• 2nd course- #9 will be paired with a pan seared corn flake crusted salmon with beurre blanc sauce served atop polenta, the #9 goes well with the rich flavor of salmon.
• 3rd course- Hex is paired with a grilled boneless pork chop with brings out the smoky aroma in Hex and served with mashed sweet potatoes and fresh sauteed vegetables topped with an onion compote.
• 4th course- Odd Notion is matched with an apple and raspberry cobbler which is topped with fresh whipped cream, the Odd Notion is a green apple wit beer.
