What’s in Season Now?
We’ve brewed up some great seasonal brews here at the brewery this winter. These products are already on the shelves of your favorite local package store.
Ipswich Winter Ale
A British style Old Ale perfect for easing the cold winter months, our Winter Ale offers a malt selection with hints of fig and chocolate, creating the perfect cozy balance of hops and malt.
To add another depth of flavor, a small amount of molasses is added to the brew.

Stone Cat Winter Lager
Our Stone Cat Winter Lager is a delicate and dark lager brewed in the southern German Schwarzbier tradition.

Stone Cat Scotch Ale
Our Scotch Ale is a delicious full-bodied, malty Scotch style ale.

Saturday January 15th – 1st Annual Christmas Tree Bonfire
- Spencer Peirce Little Farm
- Newbury, MA ~ 4-9pm (bonfire begins at 6:30)
Yes, you read this right. We will be pouring beer from our Ipswich Ale Tapmobile at the first ever Christmas Tree Bonfire! Hosted of course, by the Newbury Fire Department at Spencer Peirce Little Farm.
Attendee’s will have a chance to meet Newbury firefighters as well as tour the historic Spencer Peirce Little Farm property. The event is complete with kids activities,a treasure hunt, and of course Jim-Jam’s Hotdogs! Mercury Soda Pop will be available on tap as well.
