Cambridge Brewing Company’s Lobster and Beer Dinner – Tickets are on sale!
- When: Wednesday, March 16th from 7:00PM – 10:00PM
- What: Four Courses – Eight Craft Brews (Including Project Venus, featured in Esquire Magazine and Banryu Ichi, Will’s new Sake-Beer Hybrid, and also a little 2007 Bannatyne’s Scotch Ale)
- Two Guest Speakers – a ‘Lobsterman’ T.B.A. and Brewmaster Will Meyers
- Cost: A flat $95 Buckaroos. Tip and Tax ARE included in that price.

- Amuse: Lobster Corndog – Chorizo Powder, Yellow Mustard paired with Spring Training IPA
- 1st Course: Sunchoke Bisque – Lobster Flan, Crispy Black Trumpets, Pepper Cress paired with Tripel Threat and CBC Heather Ale
- 2nd Course: Lobster Ravioli – Cloumage, Favas, Consomme, Pork Crackling, Chive Oil, Coral Roe paired with Biere de Miel
- Intermezzo: Umeboshi and Yuzu Sorbet paired with Banryu Ichi
- 3rd Course: Lobster Stuffed Beef Tenderloin – Asparagus, Sour “Beernaise” Sauce and Fried Potatoes paired with Project Venus, Sgt. Pepper
- Dessert: Ice Cream Sandwich – Nutmeg Sugar Cookies and Indian Pudding Ice Cream paired with 2007 Bannatyne’s Scotch Ale
