River House Restaurant is the newest addition to the Portsmouth waterfront dining scene. Winner of First Place Judges Award at the 2009 Portsmouth Chowder Festival, the River House features classic New England favorites complemented by contemporary dishes showcasing the talents of Chef Gerry Walsh.
