There are only eight kegs of Lagunitas Brewing Company’s Little Sumpin’ Sumpin’ in New England and they’re being poured exclusively by Portsmouth Brewery. A special debut tapping on July 7 at 6pm will be officiated by Leon Sharyon, Lagunitas’s CFO. We’ll be offering a special second round of California-inspired bar snacks as the beer begins to flow.
Little Sumpin’ Sumpin’ is, for lack of a better term, a wheat IPA. Using the crispness of wheat malt and pale malt as a base, a heavy-duty blend of all the “C Hops” takes over and leaves you with a rounded, juicy hop finish and an itch for another sip. Be careful though, it doesn’t drink like a 7.5% beer!
We hope you’ll join us in giving Leon a warm New Hampshire welcome (pssst, it’s also his birthday). You don’t need reservations, just stop in and join us.
