The Saranac Hop Harvest
On August 28, Saranac invited their friends to Wrobel Farms, to help harvest some hops. When the picking was complete, the brewers made a mad dash to the Brewery to start the brewing. Here’s their creation:
The Saranac Wet Hop IPA is a specially brewed beer made with locally grown New York State Heirloom and Cascade hops.
- Name: Wet Hop IPA
- Style: Double IPA
- Hops: Heirloom and Cascade Hops
- Malts: English, Belgian, and German Malts
- ABV: 7%
- IBU: 60
